Job summary

Rolls-Royce Power Systems is seeking a Supervisor, Materials Management - Off Shift in Aiken, SC. The role oversees hourly production staff, coordinates material flow, and ensures accurate overtime and attendance tracking.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or substantial equivalent experience, plus knowledge of KanBan and inventory controls. The role operates on a Sunday–Wednesday night shift (7:30pm–6:00am) with potential casual overtime, at GG9 level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, materials handling, or industrial engineering plus 5 years of materials supervision or related experience; or 9 years of materials supervision, logistics or supply chain experience.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Knowledge of KanBan and replenishment processes preferred.
• Experience maintaining inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and monitor the activities of hourly employees engaged in the production or processing of goods.
• Coordinates flow of materials with other departments and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments.
• Maintains departmental overtime and attendance.
• Plan, read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
