Job summary

Rolls-Royce seeks a Senior Supervisor, Maintenance in Graniteville, SC. The role is full-time with shift flexibility and a traditional Monday–Friday schedule. Relocation assistance is available where applicable. Global Grade 10 position within the Power Systems unit.

You will oversee maintenance planning, enforce safety rules, coordinate trades, and manage CMMS-driven preventive programs. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ supervisory experience are required, or 9 years of supervisory background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, electrical, or civil engineering or related field and 5 years supervisory experience; or 9 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership skills.
• High level of oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with computer applications and/or controlled systems.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Interprets corporate policies to workers and enforces safety regulations while complying with terms of contractual labor agreement.
• Maintains departmental attendance and overtime records.
• Keeps management abreast of progress, developments and pending problems.
• Coordinates activities of skilled tradesmen and schedules work with other departments.
• Manages preventive maintenance programs/procedures and utilizes a CMMS.
