Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Biological, or Clinical Laboratory/Medical Technology or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• 3+ years leading and managing teams.
• Demonstrated ability with quality management programs.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily workflow of clinical laboratory departments and ensures proper processing of patient and study samples.
• Leads projects such as process improvements, quality improvements, and clinical validation studies.
• Collaborates with HR on interviewing, hiring, and employee development.
