Job summary

Elyria Foundry|Hodge Foundry is hiring an Off Shift Industrial Maintenance Supervisor in Elyria, OH. This role oversees the maintenance department, coordinating both hourly and salary staff, directing repairs, and managing prioritization across equipment and facilities.

The supervisor will work with operations on PM planning, coordinate internal and external resources for PMs, and ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 7+ years of maintenance experience in a heavy manufacturing or foundry environment.
• At least 3-5 years of leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing or foundry industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance department operations including hourly and salary direct reports.
• Manage maintenance repair, delegate work and priorities.
• Equipment management of furnaces, blasters, sand systems, mixers, conveyors and other related items.
• Facilities maintenance including electrical, lighting, conduit and wiring.
• CMMS eMaint system monitor/manage.
• Assist and coordinate PM planning with operations.
