Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC HELLER machining centers with Siemens 840 D Controllers per docs and plans.
• Study instructions, routings, and blueprints to determine specs and tooling needs.
• Select tools and materials to machine cubic engine components.
• Set up, adjust, and operate basic to advanced machine tools for precision work.
• Verify with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and fixtures per quality plans.
