Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG in Aiken, SC is seeking a CNC Machine Operator for a mini shift pattern (Fri-Sun) to set up and run HELLER CNC centers with Siemens 840 D controllers. The role includes reading blueprints, selecting tooling, and ensuring precision per SPC and quality plans.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in a machining program or 3 years in heavy-duty machining, with strong CNC knowledge and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are offered.

Formación

• 2 years in mechanical/maintenance or machining trade school or an equivalent Associate’s Degree
• 3 years of experience in heavy-duty machining
• Intermediate CNC controls knowledge (Siemens 840 D)
• Ability to interpret Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsabilidades

• Operate CNC HELLER machining centers per instructions, routings, and blueprints
• Study machining instructions to determine dimensions, sequences, and tooling requirements
• Set up and adjust machines and tools for precision machining
• Check precision instruments and adjust per quality control plans
