Rolls-Royce is hiring a CNC Machine Operator in Aiken, SC for a Fri–Sun mini shift (5:45am–6:15pm). You will operate HELLER CNC centers with Siemens 840D controllers, follow routings, and set up tools to produce precision engine components.

Requirements include 2 years in machining or an Associate’s Degree (or 3 years heavy machining), knowledge of CNC controls and inspection tools, and U.S. work authorization. Relocation assistance and a $3,000 sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years in mechanical/machining school or an Associate’s Degree; or 3 years heavy machining experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of CNC controls (Siemens 840D) and tooling.
• Ability to interpret SPC and use measurement tools.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Operate CNC HELLER machining centers with Siemens 840 D controllers.
• Study instructions, routings, and blueprints to determine specs.
• Select tools and materials for cubic engine components.
• Set up and adjust machines for precision machining.
• Check measuring instruments and adjust per QC plans.
