The role requires working 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends, with responsibilities including troubleshooting equipment, maintaining logs, and performing required furnace and maintenance tasks. Qualifications

• Basic readiness to operate and troubleshoot shop floor equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and maintain logs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs.
• Work to detailed and controlled work instructions.
• Executes minor maintenance.
• Repairs and replaces furnace components.
• Checks and maintains furnace fluid levels.
• Prepares and sets up furnace for following shift.
• Performs housekeeping activities to keep machines and work area clean.
• Sweeps and mops work area.
• Scrapes and cleans mold and melt chambers of furnaces.
• Complies with all EHS rules required for the work environment.
• Performs other work-related duties, as assigned.
