RCI Off Road in Loveland, Colorado, is seeking a customer service representative to join our on-site, full-time team. You will handle calls, emails, and chats, provide a best-in-class experience, and support order processing and returns.

This role runs 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (potential shift to 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), Monday through Friday, emphasizing teamwork, clear communication, and a passion for the off-road/overlanding community.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Slack/Gmail and MS Office is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with a focus on creating a best-in-class experience.
• Check order statuses and provide timely updates to customers.
