Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years of automotive product design engineering experience.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks with GD&T and drawing standards.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Excellent verbal and technical writing abilities.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Familiarity with welding, sheet metal forming and basic manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Passion for off-road vehicles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop components and assemblies for offroad vehicles using SolidWorks.
• Conduct engineering analysis to ensure performance, durability, and safety.
• Participate in prototyping and testing activities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and manage new product development projects from concept to production release.
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate with internal resources and external vendors to meet goals.
• Create and maintain detailed engineering drawings and technical docs.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify risks and mitigate to keep projects on track.
