RCI Offroad in Loveland, CO is seeking a Design Engineer I to contribute to the design and development of off-road products. You’ll apply engineering principles, create 3D models, drawings, and specs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on work in a modern facility with opportunities for growth; required are a BS in engineering and SolidWorks proficiency; 0–2 years of experience; onsite role.

Qualificações

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of engineering experience, preferably automotive product design.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks with GD&T and drawing standards.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Excellent verbal and technical writing abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking.
• Familiarity with welding, sheet metal forming, and basic manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Passion for off-road vehicles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop components and assemblies for offroad vehicles using SolidWorks.
• Perform engineering analysis and testing to ensure performance and safety.
• Lead NPD projects from concept to production release.
• Create and maintain detailed drawings and specs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Identify design improvements and drive innovative solutions.
