Job summary

4 Wheel Parts seeks energetic Sales Associates to help customers customize their vehicles with aftermarket parts and accessories. You’ll engage enthusiasts on the floor, recommend parts, and build lasting customer relationships while earning uncapped commission in addition to base pay.

You will work with a team to drive sales, learn our product databases and POS systems, and contribute to inventory control. This role requires a customer-focused mindset and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, trucks and off-road products is preferred.
• Retail sales or customer service experience with the ability to upsell.
• Comfort using computers and POS systems; eagerness to learn product databases.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor and build relationships to assess vehicle needs.
• Drive sales using suggestive selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Inform customers about questions and promotions; communicate monthly incentives.
• Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Assist with inventory control, organization, and showroom presentation.
• Meet monthly sales goals for merchandise, labor, and warranty products.
