Job summary

4 Wheel Parts (4WP) and Off Road Warehouse (ORW) seek energetic Sales Associates to help enthusiasts and drivers find the right aftermarket parts for trucks and Jeeps. You will engage customers, explain options, and build lasting relationships while aiming to grow your income through commissions.

Experience in aftermarket parts or retail sales is valued. Training is provided, with an emphasis on product knowledge, customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts sales preferred.
• Comfort with computers and POS systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work store hours.
• Customer-focused and enthusiastic about off-road vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor and build relationships to understand their vehicle needs and recommend the right aftermarket products.
• Drive sales by utilizing suggestive selling techniques and product knowledge to promote and sell additional parts and services.
• Inform and assist customers with questions and inquiries while communicating monthly sales and promotions.
• Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business, referrals, and brand loyalty.
• Contribute to inventory control and shrinkage reduction by organizing, monitoring, and displaying parts and products.
• Continuously improve product knowledge, sales skills, and operational efficiency.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rules.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance to uphold a safe and secure work environment.
• Work with your team to provide excellent customer service.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals for merchandise, labor, and warranty products.
