Job summary

Open House Atlanta Realty & Investments LLC is seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst to identify off-market opportunities, conduct market research, and perform in-depth financial analysis to guide acquisition decisions.

You will lead due diligence, analyze investments, and collaborate with legal and finance teams to close deals while building relationships with brokers and owners. A Georgia Real Estate license is required.

Qualifications

Active Georgia Real Estate License.
1–2 years of real estate investment or related experience.
Experience in rehabilitation estimating or project cost assessment.
Familiarity with MLS and real estate listing systems.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong financial acumen for evaluating investments.

Responsibilities

Source off-market acquisition opportunities through outreach and networking.
Conduct market research on local conditions, values and trends.
Analyze properties with financial evaluations, costs, and projections.
Lead due diligence for off-market deals including titles, liens, permits and zoning.
Support deal negotiations with senior team members to optimize terms.
Prepare comprehensive reports on potential acquisitions and financial projections.
