Job summary
Open House Texas Realty & Investments is seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst to identify off-market opportunities, conduct market research, and perform financial analyses to inform acquisitions in the Dallas area. A Texas Real Estate license is required.
This role offers growth into junior and senior acquisitions positions as the company expands. The position involves sourcing opportunities, due diligence, financial modeling, and collaboration with legal and finance teams to close deals
Qualifications
- Active Texas Real Estate license is required.
- 1–2 years in real estate investment or related roles.
- Experience in rehabilitation estimating and property analysis.
- MLS experience preferred and HUD-1 document familiarity.
- Strong financial acumen and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source off-market acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct market research on local conditions, values, and trends.
- Analyze properties with financial evaluations including costs and returns.
- Lead due diligence on off-market deals: titles, liens, permits, etc.
- Build relationships with property owners, brokers, and industry professionals.
- Assist with negotiations and deal structuring with senior team.
- Prepare reports with market analysis and financial projections.
- Coordinate with acquisitions, finance and legal teams for deal execution.
- Stay updated on market trends and refine sourcing strategies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
