Job summary
Open House Texas Realty & Investments is seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst to identify off-market opportunities and perform financial analysis to inform acquisition decisions. You'll conduct market research, assess property values, rehab estimates, and investment viability while coordinating with senior staff on deal structuring.
Ideal candidates have an active Texas Real Estate license, 1–2 years in real estate investment, and strong Excel skills.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Real Estate License required.
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate investment or related roles.
- Experience in rehabilitation estimating and project cost assessment.
- MLS experience preferred and HUD‑1 familiarity.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze data.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source off-market acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct market research on local conditions and trends.
- Analyze properties with financial evaluations: costs, returns, rehab estimates.
- Lead due diligence on property history, liens, permits, and zoning.
- Assist with deal negotiations and collaborate with senior team.
