Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, focusing on best practices and key operational processes.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset; ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans and inventory practices.
• Promotes participation in company programs and drives customer engagement.
• Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and treated with respect; adheres to safety and SOPs.
