Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Specialist - Off Field Operations to help keep our store running smoothly and athletes ready. You will support inventory accuracy, fulfillment, and day-to-day operations to ensure an exceptional in-store experience for athletes of all levels.

You will engage customers to understand needs, assist teammates, and uphold merchandising and safety standards while following company policies. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are desired.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand needs and provide product information.
• Onboards and trains team members in best practices and operational processes.
• Maintains athlete-first mindset and ensures products are ready for purchase.
• Upholds merchandising standards and inventory presentation per floor plans and guidelines.
• Promotes customer participation in programs and loyalty initiatives.
