Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate product information.
• Develop 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities.
• Build and lead a strong team; hire, onboard, and coach teammates.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention and store policy; ensure compliance.
