Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their needs and providing clear, accurate information about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, focusing on best practices, expectational selling skills, and key operational processes.
• Demonstrates efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset; ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, and replenishment standards.
• Promotes customer participation in loyalty programs and other initiatives.
• Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcome and treated with respect, adhering to safety and SOPs.
