Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes to understand needs and provide product knowledge and customer service.
• Maintain merchandising standards, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty, and private label enrollment.
• Follow policies on safety, loss prevention, and SOPs, including federal ATF guidelines.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
