• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members in their area of the store.
• Maintains merchandising and presentation standards and supports inventory accuracy and replenishment.
• Promotes customer participation in loyalty programs and related services.
• Maintains a safe, respectful store environment and adheres to policies and procedures.
