Candidates bring 5–10 years in expediting or related fields, strong scheduling, and proven ability to drive issue resolution with suppliers. ERPs like SAP/Oracle are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of expediting, procurement, or delivery management in industrial/commercial environments.
• Experience managing supplier performance and delivery activities for electrical/mechanical equipment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production schedules, and supplier operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor manufacturing, testing, inspection, and delivery activities for OFCI equipment from project inception through final delivery.
• Track supplier commitments, production schedules, milestones, and delivery dates to support project execution.
• Serve as the primary liaison between suppliers, project teams, site teams, logistics providers, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Escalate issues and coordinate recovery plans with suppliers and internal teams.
