Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Of Counsel to join its Litigation group in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal writing skills, particularly in pharmaceutical and medical device Daubert/Rule 702 motions practice.

Responsibilities include drafting discovery and briefs, supervising associates, coordinating with experts, and helping shape case strategy while communicating effectively with clients.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
  • Extensive experience with Rule 702 and Daubert issues.
  • Background in science (MD, MPH, PharmD, Epidemiology) required.
  • Experience in products liability litigation.
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is a plus.
