Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Of Counsel to join its Litigation group in Reston, VA. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal writing skills and substantial experience with Daubert/Rule 702 motions in pharmaceutical and medical device litigation.

Responsibilities include reviewing and drafting discovery materials, supervising associates, coordinating with experts, developing case strategy, and communicating with clients. A strong AmLaw 100 background is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in litigation, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
  • Extensive experience with Rule 702 and Daubert issues.
  • Experience in products liability litigation.
  • Background in pharmaceutical and medical device industry is a plus.
