Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Of Counsel to join its Litigation group in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong legal writing skills and extensive experience with Daubert and Rule 702 motions in pharmaceutical and medical device matters.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, a JD with strong credentials, and a background in science. Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction is expected; New York license encouraged.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in litigation, preferably at a top-tier firm.
  • Strong background in Rule 702 and Daubert issues.
  • Background in science (MD, MPH, PharmD, Epidemiology) required.
  • Experience in products liability litigation.
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is a plus.

Duties
  • Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
  • Extensive experience with Rule 702 and Daubert issues.
  • Background in science (MD, MPH, PharmD, Epidemiology) required.
  • Experience in products liability litigation.
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is a plus.
Education

JD with strong academic credentials from nationally recognized schools.

Certifications
