Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Of Counsel to join its Litigation group in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal writing skills, particularly in pharmaceutical and medical device Daubert/Rule 702 motions practice.

Responsibilities include reviewing and drafting discovery responses, briefs, and motions; supervising associates; and helping develop case strategy while coordinating with clients and experts in complex products liability matters.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in litigation, preferably at a large law firm.
  • Extensive experience with Rule 702 and Daubert motions.
  • Background in products liability litigation.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical and medical device industries is a plus.

Duties

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
  • Extensive experience with Rule 702 and Daubert issues.
  • Background in products liability litigation.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is a plus.
Education

JD with strong academic credentials from nationally recognized schools.

Certifications

Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application; New York license encouraged.
