Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Of Counsel to join its Litigation group. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills and extensive experience with Daubert/Rule 702 motions practice in pharmaceutical and medical device cases.

Qualifications

  • JD from a nationally recognized law school.
  • 8+ years of experience in litigation, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
  • Experience with Rule 702 and Daubert issues.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally recognized school.
