Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an experienced Of Counsel to join its Litigation group. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong legal writing skills and substantial Daubert/Rule 702 motions experience in pharmaceutical and medical device matters.

The role includes reviewing and drafting discovery materials, supervising associates and coordinating with experts, and helping develop case strategy.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in litigation, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
  • Extensive experience with Rule 702 and Daubert issues.
  • Experience in products liability litigation.
  • Background in pharmaceutical and medical device industry is a plus.

Duties

Requirements
