Job summary
BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Of Counsel to join its Project & Energy Finance team, focusing on financing for energy transition and digital infrastructure projects. You will work on groundbreaking international transactions and provide strategic legal support throughout project lifecycles.
The ideal candidate has a Juris Doctor (JD) and at least 9 years in project finance or related fields, with proven ability to close complex deals and draft sophisticated loan documents.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in project finance or related energy transition or digital infrastructure financing.
- Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating complex loan and security documentation.
- Proven ability to manage and execute complex project closings efficiently.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Work on complex financing transactions within the energy transition and digital infrastructure sectors.
- Draft and negotiate loan and security agreements, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and executed.
- Coordinate complex project closings, ensuring all aspects of the transaction are addressed.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to develop innovative financing solutions.
- Advise clients on legal issues related to project financing and energy transition strategies.
- Provide strategic guidance and legal support to clients throughout the lifecycle of their projects.
