Qualifications

• J.D. required from an accredited law school.
• 1–2 years energy project finance or related transactional practice.
• Experience with energy development, M&A, or project finance transactions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting and reviewing primary and ancillary transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, investment agreements, financing agreements, and joint venture agreements.
• Support due diligence processes, transaction management, and coordination with clients and internal specialist teams.
• Prepare client communications and work product under the supervision of senior attorneys.
