This is a strong opportunity for a proactive attorney passionate about employment law who's ready to take on a high-level role within a sophisticated, collegial, and team-oriented practice. The role involves extensive client, government agency, and opposing counsel contact, along with legal research, drafting memoranda, motions, and pleadings, handling discovery and investigations, and counseling clients on employment law matters.

The ideal candidate holds a J.D., is licensed and in good standing in New York, and brings at least 8+ years of employment litigation experience with a strong labor and employment background. Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build trust and rapport with sophisticated business clients.
