Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 8+ years of employment law experience preferred.
• MA Bar Admission preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage numerous cases simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality work independently.
• Defend agency charges of discrimination and employment-related lawsuits.
• Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, and in mediations/arbitrations.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team on larger cases.
