Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover the Midwest and parts of Canada, a technical sales role focused on developing OEM business and expanding an existing customer base.

You will work with the broader sales team to identify new applications, build customer relationships, provide technical support, prepare quotations, and drive regional growth, with travel throughout the Western US and Canada as required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales in industrial equipment
• Experience selling to OEM customers preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical applications

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop OEM customers and opportunities
• Grow and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Provide technical and application support including equipment sizing and selection
• Prepare quotations and negotiate terms
• Develop regional sales strategies, forecasts and growth plans
• Manage opportunities from initial application to completion
• Travel throughout the Western US and Canada as required
