You will lead initial communications, coordinate cross-functional responses, and drive timely problem resolution. The role requires strong multitasking, technical troubleshooting, and the ability to translate complex findings into clear customer-facing communications, with experience in automotive-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple open issues.
• Proven troubleshooting and structured problem-solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with automotive quality environments and OEMs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary quality contact for OEM customers on product and process quality issues.
• Manage multiple active quality issues with clear status tracking.
• Lead customer response and ongoing written and verbal communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve issues.
• Lead containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Develop technical reports including root cause and validation.
• Review and update control plans, PFMEAs tied to changes.
• Support PPAP submissions and customer approvals as needed.
• Track corrective actions to closure and verify effectiveness.
• Support continuous improvement and defect reduction initiatives.
