Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in quality or engineering roles.
• Experience with RCCA and implementing corrective actions.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and specifications.
• Knowledge of PPAP/IPPAAR and CAPA.
• GD&T knowledge and print interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Review supplier quality requirements and approve related documentation.
• Collaborate with design, purchasing, production and engineering teams to meet quality objectives.
• Develop and implement supplier quality controls and metrics.
• Lead reviews/Kaizens to embed quality in product designs.
