Job summary

The role requires reviewing design drawings, procedures, and inspection analyses, and leading quality improvement initiatives across manufacturing stages to prevent defects and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in statistical applications, PFMEA, CP, process checklists and measuring equipment.
• Must have 3 years’ experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Review design drawings, procedures, and QA documents to ensure customer and company quality requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain training strategies for Quality Mind Set on new and existing testing and processes.
• Lead or participate in root-cause analysis and countermeasure development across departments.
