CDK Global is seeking an Account Manager for our OEM business to drive development, retention, and growth of strategic OEM programs. You will lead cross-functional teams including customer support, billing, product & technology, and operations to align objectives with CDK priorities and deliver results.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of software project or engagement management.
• 5+ years external client relationship management with demonstrated ability.
• Expert in automotive retail solutions and workflows.
• Strong ability to navigate complex business environments and resolve requests.

• Manage OEM program communications and deliverables tied to SOWs.
• Organize quarterly business updates and client-facing engagements.
• Collaborate on financial modeling, projections, and invoicing.
