OEM Key Account Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Introduce EGGER to prospective OEM customers and develop new business.
  • Promote TFL in the market & educate OEM customers on our products.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with all major and medium OEM accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with team members across the organization.
  • Present the complete EGGER product range, including updates to the design collection.
  • Set and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct frequent and regular customer visits across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Conduct customer presentations and meetings in various locations.
  • Attend and/or exhibit at customer trade shows and EGGER trade events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience working with Industry OEMs.
  • Extensive sales and marketing experience in the furniture/wood products industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relations with professionals at all organizational levels.
  • Technical understanding of decorative paper products, laminates, composite & thermally fused laminate panels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SAP, CRM, email, and internet communication.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time for customer meetings and trade shows.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
