OEM Key Account Manager | Utilimaster | Remote

Regular Employee | Salary Non-Exempt

Overview

Utilimaster, a leading brand of The Shyft Group, seeks a dynamic OEM Key Account Manager to join our team in Bristol, IN. You'll be the primary point of contact, fostering strong partnerships and driving new business within your assigned OEM account(s).

  • Cultivate and manage high-trust relationships with key OEM decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales growth and revenue targets.
  • Serve as the main link between your OEM accounts and internal Utilimaster teams (Sales, Engineering, etc.).
  • Understand your accounts' business, challenges, and opportunities to create value-added solutions.
  • Negotiate profitable pricing and contracts for both Utilimaster and your OEM partners.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related sales/account management experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 7+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Proven skills in negotiation, project management, and account management.
  • Solid understanding of the commercial vehicle market and product lifecycle.
  • Experience in sales and/or managing key accounts.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels.
