Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of technical sales experience to OEMs.
• Knowledge of motion control technologies and electromechanical products.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage OEM accounts and drive revenue growth within territory.
• Provide technical and commercial support across product lines.
• Develop sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations for customized solutions.
• Prepare reports and forecasts for sales management.
