Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve Sales Goals: Manage your territory effectively, develop strategies, and meet quarterly and annual objectives.
  • Drive Sales and Marketing: Utilize sales processes, promote 3M’s brand and products, and engage with customers using social selling tools.
  • Plan and Coordinate: Manage time and resources efficiently to maximize coverage and communication.
  • Exhibit Leadership: Lead accounts and prospects, collaborate with team members, and mentor others when needed.
  • Continuous Development: Keep enhancing skills related to market trends, products, and sales techniques.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (verified prior to start)
  • Minimum 3 years of field or channel sales experience in relevant sectors
  • Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in electrical/OEM industries
