The Role

We’re looking for adriven, outgoing, and entrepreneurial Sponsorship Sales Specialistto join our team. This is a commission-based, remote role (Indiana preferred) focused on selling sponsorships and brand partnerships for our 2025 concert lineup and expanding offerings.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and close sponsorship deals with local, regional, and national brands
• Develop creative partnership ideas tailored to each sponsor’s goals
• Maintain strong relationships with clients before, during, and after events
• Collaborate with our marketing and production teams to ensure flawless sponsor activation
• Keep detailed records of outreach, proposals, and closed deals

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales or sponsorship (music, sports, or live events preferred)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for live entertainment
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and pipeline
• Familiarity with the Indiana/Midwest market is a plus
