Job summary

Dealer Tire, a family-owned international tire distributor established in 1918 in Cleveland, OH, seeks a Carline Specialist in Marion, OH. You will respond to inbound customer inquiries, support OEM dealers, and drive tire sales growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

2–3 years in sales/service with strong communication and product knowledge is preferred. The role includes salary, potential commission, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales/service experience or equivalent work
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• General knowledge of J.D. Edwards, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Workday and other daily used systems

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from current and potential customers with superior service.
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase dealers’ tire sale revenues.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Program Management and Accounts Receivable to ensure timely responses to inquiries and orders.
• Provide product knowledge and support to the sales team as needed.
• Maintain accurate orders and admin documentation; adhere to company goals.
