Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in industrial service or related industries.
• Experience leading workshop/service center/branch operations.
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance.
• Experience with high-demand industrial markets and customers.
• Knowledge of reciprocating compressor repair operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch performance across workshop, commercial ops, and safety.
• Oversee scheduling, capacity planning, and workflow coordination.
• Drive revenue growth while controlling operating expenses.
• Ensure safety, quality, and ISO procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Finance.
