Job summary

HMH is seeking a Shop Leader for the Odessa Service Center in Texas. The role reports to the Area Manager and focuses on leading the Odessa shop, enforcing safety and operational integrity, and building a robust manufacturing infrastructure.

Expect to manage schedules, budgets, and customer relations while ensuring compliance with HSSE and company policies. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree or substantial management experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to coordinate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or extensive relevant experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in service/production environments.
• Relevant trade certificate preferred and HSSE commitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Odessa shop activities and safety program adherence.
• Manage production shop operations, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, and technical support for equipment.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and supplier networks.
• Ensure API certification preparation and approvals where applicable.
