Verto People Ltd. is seeking a Branch Manager / Service Manager / Operations Manager in Odessa, Texas, to lead a seasoned mechanical seals service centre.

This role blends technical leadership with customer relationships and operational responsibility, requiring hands-on management of daily workflow and regional client engagement. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in service operations, deep knowledge of mechanical seals and rotating equipment, and the ability to drive

Qualifications

• Experience in a Branch Manager, Service Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical seals, rotating equipment, pumps, or industrial service solutions.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
• Experience managing a service operation, workshop, or repair facility.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and take ownership of a regional operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an established mechanical seal service centre.
• Provide leadership and support to technicians and branch staff.
• Oversee workflow, priorities, and performance metrics.
• Act as the local representative for the company with customers in the region.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industrial customers.
• Support technical discussions on seals, repairs, and rotating equipment solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams.
• Visit customers to support issues and relationship development.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and branch performance.
• Maintain a safety, quality, and service-focused culture.
