Job summary

VSP Vision is seeking a strategic leader to oversee optometrist labor across multiple lines of business. You will drive scheduling excellence using analytics to maximize patient flow and exam availability, while guiding a team of analysts in data-driven decision-making and financial modeling.

You will partner with field and clinical teams to align supply with demand, analyze pay structures, and support corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Economics or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 additional year of experience related to functional area.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience with hiring, training, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Execute doctor labor model and drive overall doctor effectiveness.
• Lead labor scheduling using data to optimize schedules and align staff with patient demand.
• Mentor and develop a team of analysts supporting labor management, scheduling, and financial modeling.
• Support exam management, process improvement, and telehealth initiatives across lines of business.
