Job summary

American Vision Partners is seeking an Oculoplastics Team Lead to supervise the Technician/Scribe team, ensuring proper scheduling of patient testing and clinic appointments. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a certification in ophthalmic care, and demonstrate an ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing patient work-ups, assisting with clinical procedures, and maintaining supplies while providing support and training to junior staff. A range of benefits including medical, dental, and childcare assistance is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year working as an OA/Scribe in Oculoplastics specialty preferred.
• Experience in supervision of clinical operations preferred.
• Demonstrated computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient work-ups as required by senior level clinical staff.
• Assist with office procedures, injections, and other clinical procedures.
• Maintain inventory levels of all clinic supplies and order when needed.
