Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a facilities maintenance leader in Denver to oversee daily operations, inspect living/work spaces for safety, and supervise maintenance teams. You will handle admin tasks, reporting, and prioritize work while ensuring high-quality service.

Responsibilities include inspecting safety gear, coordinating with clients, and developing innovative solutions; travel to OCONUS locations up to 90% may be required. Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities maintenance management experience.
• 2+ years of inspections of living quarters and reporting repairs.
• Experience with facility emergencies and recommending resolutions.
• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing basics.
• Forecasting maintenance needs including HVAC and plumbing.
• Ability to work independently and interact with stakeholders.
• Move items up to 100 lbs and navigate tight spaces.
• Willingness to travel to OCONUS locations up to 90%.
• Secret security clearance and HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and safety inspections.
• Inspect safety equipment (water purification, fire extinguishers, AEDs).
• Access roofs and move equipment to support maintenance processes.
• Supervise grounds maintenance and maintenance technicians.
• Maintain administrative duties, reports, and daily prioritization.
• Coordinate client meetings and provide innovative solutions.
